My Goddaughter's mom died this year. On my birthday. I guess Chris won't have any excuse now for forgetting what day my birthday falls. The reason I bring that up (well their anniversary was a couple days ago, so it's on my mind) is being that at her christening, which they put off until I could cross the country, in front of an entire congregation, I swore an oath to be her godfather.
Since that day I've never been in a position to not be able to take care of her. She's 22 now, therefore technically moot, the quietus served, so-to-speak.

After Hurricane Irene [that bitch] Montague Golf Course had to have 1/3 of it utterly remade. Helping that endeavor to keep my employment there taught me how to operate an excavator as large as my Bed & Breakfast. Hurricane Matthew was with the petting zoo at the Carolina RenFest, under a 3 peak "Big Top" which stayed up until the last day before collapsing on us, camel, highland's, 70 head exotic "cattle"...this last one Helene is up hill from me, by quite a distance. However the TERROR of the streets has kept me here by church orders. I'm extremely disenchanted with churches right now.
Now that's off my chest to a stranger, I can take my dog out & pray over my neighbor's properties by name. Thanks, forgive me for just typing here soberly.
